We wanted to find out what’s HAPPENING this holiday season at Good Value Pharmacy, so we reached out to CEO & Managing Pharmacist Alex Berce and got the details with this exclusive holiday interview.
Q. Do you have any special promotions or events planned for the upcoming
holiday season?
Alex: Holiday season is the busiest time in pharmacy, so we focus on providing our core services such as vaccinations and filling prescriptions before our customers’ busy holiday plans start.
Q. What are some of the most popular holiday products or services you
offer?
Alex: I wouldn’t consider this a holiday product but we do encourage everyone to get their flu shot and other applicable vaccines prior to the
holidays as this is when respiratory illness really starts spreading
each winter.
Q. Are there any unique holiday traditions or customs associated with your
business?
Alex: We throw a Christmas party each year for our employees. We try to
support the local community by having our company events at other small
businesses.
Q. Can you share a memorable holiday story or experience related to Good Value Pharmacy?
Alex: Unlike many pharmacies, we close on Thanksgiving and Christmas so that our employees can spend time with their families.
Q. What’s is one of your favorite holiday memories? Or the best gift you’ve
ever received?
Alex: My two boys were born in the fall of 2019 and 2021, and I have several nephews and nieces of similar age, so the last few holiday seasons are full of memories with infants and toddlers.
Q. Do you have any tips for finding the perfect holiday gift?
Alex: Pay attention to what the person talks about earlier in the year. If
they still don’t have what they want by Thanksgiving, they are unlikely
to purchase it for themselves and will be surprised and thrilled to open
the gift!
Q. What are the best ways for customers to stay updated on your holiday
hours and offerings?
Alex: Our holiday hours are posted on our Google business page, and you can follow us on Facebook to stay up to date with Good Value Pharmacy.
Q. What does Good Value Pharmacy have in store for 2024?
Alex: Continuing to provide superior customer service and patient care.
Q. What do you love about the holiday season in Kenosha?
Alex: I love that we have so many quality restaurants and other establishments to stay out of the cold but still get out for some local culture!
Q. Inquiring minds want to know, are you on the naughty or nice list?
Alex: Nice for sure, but I can’t say the same for my toddlers.
