We wanted to find out what’s happenings this holiday season at Millie Bo Peep, so we reached out the Tina Warner, co-owner of the shop with her husband James, and got the details with this exclusive Q&A.
Q: Do you have any special promotions or events planned for the upcoming holiday season?
A: Sure do! November Events: Black Friday Deals & Small Business Saturday – promotions, & giveaways from Nov. 24th-26th. Cyber Monday (online only) deals from Nov. 27-28th.
December Events: Santa’s Workshop will be Dec. 13th-17th. Complimentary gift wrapping (if desired) and we’ll have the elves build any toys this week if assembly is needed (complimentary this week only – if customers desire). Mr. & Mrs. Claus will also be at Millie Bo Peep on Saturday, December 16th.
March Event: Millie Bo Peep’s 1-year Anniversary Party. We’re going all out & celebrating with special activities, sales & promotions, raffles & giveaways!
Q: Are there any unique holiday traditions or customs associated with Millie Bo Peep?
A: This is our first Christmas with a downtown storefront so we’re excited to establish some new traditions! We’re definitely excited to decorate our front windows and have Mr. and Mrs. Claus come visit!
Q: Can you share a memorable holiday story or experience related to Millie Bo Peep?
A: Last year we participated in a Christmas market at the Kenosha Public Museum. It was exciting as it was our first Christmas as a new business and now it’s really awesome to look back and see how far we’ve come in a year.
Q: What’s is one of your favorite holiday memories?
A: Now that we have two kids, their joy and excitement is irreplaceable and will be something we cherish each year.
Q: Do you have any tips for finding the perfect holiday gift?
A: Well, if you’re shopping for a baby, toddler, or child… look no further than our very knowledgeable staff at Millie Bo Peep to help with the perfect gift!

Q: What does Millie Bo Peep have in store for 2024?
A: We’re so excited to keep offering the trendiest, cutest clothing options for children. We are continuously bringing in new brands and keeping things fresh at Millie Bo Peep. We have a lot of great events lined up for 2024 – most looking forward to our 1 year anniversary party.
Q: What do you love about the holiday season in Downtown Kenosha?
A: What’s not to love? We love the Christmas tree lighting and the sense of community of downtown.
Q: Inquiring minds want to know, are you on the naughty or nice list?
A: Oof, probably naughty. We’ve been ordering far too many toys from Santa this year and the elves have been workin’ overtime.
