Happenings Magazine and the City of Kenosha will host a series of concerts focusing on the local talent around the Kenosha area at the Sesquicentennial Bandshell at Pennoyer Park. This free concert series will once again prove to be a wonderful opportunity for a rollicking fun time along Kenosha's waterfront.
