Q. How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
A. We visited a pottery-painting studio in Michigan and thought, ‘we should open one of these in Kenosha.”

A. What products & services do you provide?
Q. Presently we offer walk-in pottery painting or online ordering for grab and go. The studio stocks ready-to-paint ceramic pieces.  Customers can come in during open hours, select a piece off of the shelves, use our paints (glazes) and brushes. They can relax and paint inside the studio. When they are done painting, the pieces are left for a week to be fired. All dishes would be food-safe when they pick up their finished masterpieces.
Alternatively, customers can choose pieces online (or in-store), along with paint colors, and take them home to paint. They would then drop them back off to be fired. We currently have a shelf outside for exchanges but will also provide curbside when needed.

Q. What do you love about Downtown Kenosha?
A. We love the people the most. They are so passionate and hard-working.

Q. How would you describe your business to a potential customer?
A. Besides what is mentioned, I would add that pottery painting is an activity where people of all ages can participate and have fun together. Many customers say it is their therapy to sit, relax and paint.

Q. What do you offer that stands out to other shops?
A. Painting pottery is a relaxing activity for people of all ages – for families, or groups of friends. It also provides opportunity for customers to make personalized gift and household items. Our staff does their best to help customers achieve their desired design outcomes when painting their pieces.
