Q. How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
A. Kevin and I have been florists for a long time. Over 60 years combined! Opening our own flower shop just made sense. We work very hard to know the industry and our wonderful customers. Our space is perfect for flowers and an amazing gift shop. We had so much space for fun and wonderful gifts so we ran with it. We bring in lovely things from all over the world.
Q. What products and services do you provide?
A. We are a full service florist. Weddings, funerals, and basically all occasions. Flowers always make a wonderful gift. When you want to brighten someone’s day or get something special for yourself. We deliver in the Kenosha, Pleasant Prairie and Somers areas. We also have a wide selection of beautiful and fun gifts.
Q. What do you love about Downtown Kenosha?
A. I love the sense of community and family in Downtown Kenosha. We are a unique area with wonderful shopping, great food and drinks and first class entertainment.
Q. How would you describe your business to potential customers?
A. There is nothing else like us in town! A premier florist and gift shop located in a former bank building with a facade was built in the Beaux Arts style. Called one of the most beautiful buildings in the downtown area.
With our interests and background in the arts, we bring a different look and style to our designs and displays. From beautiful flowers and plants, vintage and antique furniture pieces to fun gift items and home decor, we are happy to help you find that something special.
Q. What do you offer that stands out from other shops?
A. We have a very warm and inviting environment. We treat all of our customers as our friends. We want everyone to feel comfortable to come in and look around and find something amazing. There is always so much to look at! So many of our customers tell us how good it smells in the shop. It must be all the flowers and locally artisan made soaps and candles!
